As i mentioned I have installed every driver in the correct order including the correct ‘network’ driver. I installed the Intel AGN about a year ago using only the 2 wires and also tried using one of the wires already there for LAN or Bluetooth for the 3rd wire. I have the list of what drivers go in what order but have no idea how to go about doing it. This can happen when I haven’t moved the laptop and I am 10 feet away from the wireless router. Some seller said, to intel , and to dell cards i didn’t ask atheros , that they wont work in my Inspiron By this I mean the laptop seems to have to randomly disconnect and reconnect to the access point. I had a problem with it, and an incompetent “technician” erased!!!
